Hope you have a great holiday today. Just wanted to quickly update you guys, I've added an unclaimed board to the light pack lands and the dark pack lands. So claim them before they're taken =) Oh also, if you already have a pack land, please don't claim for one of the unclaimed ones. I want to give members without packs a chance to claim one. If one or both of them aren't taken for a while, I'll let people have two packs.

:: pack lands ::
.light packs (3 sub-boards) These are the light wolf packs. Their territory is mostly full of thick, lush forests. They use sturdy caves and dens in cover of the forest as their shelter. The lights are usually well fed all season because they have the most Lera living on their territory.
.neutral packs (3 sub-boards) These are the neutral wolf packs. Their territory is mostly out in the open fields and plains. Many streams and brooks flow through these lands and they also have a good amount of Lera. There's also trees scattered around in these territories.
.dark packs (3 sub-boards) These are the dark wolf packs. Their territory is pretty much all dense woodland. These wolves are used to the darkness and have learned better hunting techniques than the other wolves. They also get a good amount of Lera but sometimes go to the other hunting grounds to get better tasting food.
.light hunting grounds This place is where the light wolves hunt for Herla and other mammals. It's really for just light wolves but many other wolves come and hunt. Light wolves have fought with others over the land because outsiders think the Light's aren't being fair. They do get the most Herla because it's shady and filled with vegetation. So keep watch of unexpected wolves.
.neutral hunting grounds This place is where the neutral wolves hunt for Herla and other mammals. It's for neutral wolves only, but at times a Balkar wolf may come here to hunt. They do not have as much prey as lights so for that reason, they don't have much trouble with them. But it still would be best to watch out for trespassing wolves.

.dark hunting grounds This place is where the Balkar wolves hunt for Herla and other mammals. It's just for the Balkar and no other wolves come here for fear of being hunted themselves. Herla like to run through the trees, but wolves can easily weave through the forest after them. The place is mostly dark, though the Balkar hunt easily because they are used to this type of light.

:: free lands ::
.charred forest Long ago this place used to be a beautiful and lush forest. After a terrible fire, it's known as 'Charred Forest' and not home to that many animals anymore. Herla still roam around here because some vegetation still exists. A long and narrow stream flows through here still. The Kerl use this place as their hunting grounds.
.old amethyst creek This is the remainents of a large creek that flowed through most of the land long ago. It dried up and is now just a big ditch. Prey run along here including some wandering elk.
.oraya valley Oraya Valley is quite large with a great view of the Amethyst Mountains in the background. It is covered in lush green grass during the summer and spring. Patches of flowers grow here sometimes too. Kerl and some wolves can come here to hunt. Mostly this large area is used for just hanging around in the sun. Draggas and Drappas can find new pack members here also.

.minerva terrace Minerva Terrace is one of the most beautiful places in the lands of Amethyst Mountain. At sunrise or sunset, the orange, white and brown colors almost look like a sunrise or sunset itself. Many wolves like to come here with their mates because of the view from the top and because during the day, the stone is nice and warm. Many years ago, a stream used to flow off the edge, running down the many ledges, creating dips in the stone. These create good places to rest and cool fresh water gathers here after rain.
.wolf tree This large, dead tree is surrounded by small bushes. Many different prey come around here including coyotes. Wolves use this as a meeting place or just a place to talk with friends.

.mountain slopes These large mountain slopes are north of neutral territory. Many coyotes live around here so keep watch of them. Kerl live around here too. There is a large forest that covers the slopes. A darker part of the forest is to the east and is home to the meanest Kerl you'll ever meet.
